Canva makes creating social media graphics, guides (pricing, session, wedding), mockups, etc so much easier.  There are a ton of resources, fonts, AI capabilities all within Canva.

We use MusicBed for all of the licensed music we use in our wedding films.  Using licensed music is crucial and MusicBed offers a wide variety of genres and styles for wedding videos.

HoneyBook is the client management system we use for client contracts, payments, communication, questionnaires, and more.  It keeps everything centralized in one portal.

Showit is our chosen platform to build our website.  We've previously used Wordpress and many use Squarespace, but Showit has a great user interface and a bit easier for non-web designers.

We love using Trello to help organize the tasks of our business!  You can create different vertical lists to help streamline some of the tasks of your business like your editing queue or to-do lists.

We use Pixieset to deliver our photo galleries.  We love its easy-to-use user interface and that we can sell prints through the gallery.  Using Pixieset or similar websites adds to the client experience.
