Once you’ve selected the collection that feels like the right fit, we’ll send over your personalized proposal. To officially reserve your wedding date, all we need is a signed contract and a 25% retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day.
As soon as you're booked, we’ll kick things off with a few exciting things: a custom working timeline of your day, our engagement session guide and questionnaire, and your welcome gift. Inside your gift, you’ll find our exclusive Couple Resource Guide - a curated tool to help you navigate the rest of your wedding planning with confidence and ease.

Our Engagement Session Guide is designed to help you make the most of your shoot and ensure it reflects you - your style, your connection, and your story. Once you have a general idea of when and where you’d like your session, you can fill out our quick questionnaire to kick off the planning process. From there, we’ll help you finalize the date, time, and location that best fits your vision.
An engagement session is our chance for us to connect, for you to get comfortable in front of our cameras, and to build the kind of ease and trust that makes your wedding day flow effortlessly.

About 1–2 months before your wedding day, you’ll receive our Pre-Wedding Email.
This helps us confirm key details, finalize your timeline, and gather a few extra pieces of information that ensure we’re fully prepared to document your day with intention.
We’re big believers in helping our couples feel organized and, let’s be honest, it keeps us sane too! If you ever have questions, whether it’s months before or days before, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here for you every step of the way!

When it comes to the big moments of your day, we take a thoughtful, hands-on approach offering gentle direction when it’s needed and stepping back when it’s not. We’re right there guiding you, your wedding party, and your families to ensure everything runs smoothly and you feel confident in front of our cameras. But we also know when to fade into the background—capturing the authentic energy, emotions, and in-between moments as they naturally unfold.
Whether it’s the high-energy celebration or the quiet, emotional pauses, we make sure every part of your day is documented in a way that feels true to you.

As soon as we get home from your wedding, we immediately back up everything from our SD cards to ensure your memories are safe and sound. After a well-earned day of rest (usually involving 12 hours of sleep and a solid Uber Eats order), we dive right into editing and crafting your photos and film with care.
Final delivery typically takes about 6–8 weeks. Your wedding photos will be delivered through an online gallery where you can browse by category, mark favorites, download high-resolution images, and even order professional-quality prints. Your wedding films will be delivered via a private online gallery along with a YouTube link -perfect for sharing with family and friends.
